Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. As our products are handmade in small batches, processing time may vary slightly during high-demand periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Canada: 3-7 business days 
• USA: 5-10 business days
• International: 7-21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing. 

Returns & exchanges:

All return/exchange requests must be made within 15 days of the shipment delivery date.

Items must be in original/unwashed/unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. Unless it is being returned due to a production defect, we cannot offer a refund for your original shipping costs. We are not responsible for exchange/return shipping costs incurred.
